SFTP - receiving files from a SFTP client
Gateway - all versions

Problem
-----------------------
* SFTP configuration seems fine, able to receive other files from same partner
* RFD used for this transfer, permission fine
* For certain files, there is an error :
Error Renaming File

Check with the partner sending the files the following :

-- From Gateway configuration set the Log Levels for SFTP to Full

-- the command used to send the problematic files and if they try renaming the file after the transfer

-- if they try to rename the file in the right directory, where this file is received
