CFTS39E     Error   CFT_SUBMIT_EMPTY(-2):Submit file is empty

Check the ../run directory from where temporary .bat file are located.
After having been executed, temporary files are deleted by the monitor but in case of failure, to ease in diagnosis's, temporary batches are kept.

The incremental way the monitor name the temporary batches is limited to 9999, if more files exist in that directory, CFT will fails to create a new temp file and then will fails to submit the related missing file.
