GI GUI and logs show incorrect time
Problem
Resolution
Server: Windows 2008 64 bit
The server time zone is correct.
GUI: incorrect time
Log files: The time in the log files is incorrect. It seems that there is a time difference of 6 hours.
Resolution
In the GUI the time can be corrected within users and roles, change user (Date/Time) - Choose the option Browser's time zone.
On the Windows 2008 server, within Control Panel, Date and Time, Change time zone:
Change the time zone to e.g. GMT +01:00 West Central Africa and then back to the correct time zone (eg. GMT +01:00 Amsterdam). Then restart the GatewayinterchangeService
In the log file the correct time should be displayed.
