Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform

The XSR RA zip file deployed from 64 bit Interchange gives a 32bit only warning when run as a service on a 64 bit Windows box.

This can be safely ignored, it is only a warning; besides the mention in the output.log file there are no negative effects.
