Router Agent will not start

Problem

Router Agent will not start.  The last entry when manually starting is labeled as "The system cannot find the path specified."

Resolution


Look in the LOG directory for the reason and explanation of why the Router Agent will not start. In the event you do not have a LOG directory but there is an empty file that is labeled LOG this means your 'unzipping' tool did not work properly.

 

Caution:

Since this is considered a bad decompression and without knowing what else is corrupt delete and start over.  WinZip and 7Zip are good alternatives to the default Window's 'Extract all' operation.
