Gateway 6.13.0 SP4

-- After applying ServicePack 4 over Gateway version 6.13.0 new RSA keys cannot be imported from Navigator nor with secadm command, if other RSA keys already exist.
-- The error message returned in the Navigator is the following:
"A key of the same type and with the same fingerprint already exists."

This issue was fixed starting with SP5. So one needs to apply SP5 or higher.
