-- When using the pelpur command or a purge model, the targeted transfers are not purged and the error from the title appears in the log.

-- This issue happens if the folder "<Gateway_home>/run_time/arc/" does not exist or the user account starting Gateway does not have write permissions in it.
-- To solve this issue, create the arc folder in run_time, or grant write permissions for the GW user account.
