Cannot open Spam report after upgrade to 3.8

Unable to release messages from the spam report after upgrading MailGate to 3.8. When clicking on "send to me" customer is getting "Unknown Error".


Resolution

* The problem is that the old generated reports does not contain the cluster ID of the appliance but the backend implementation is expecting it. This causes the "Unknown error" popup. This would only happen for old reports and the additional argument in the URL change happen at 3.8 so this only applies when upgrading from prior versions.



Workaround - add the cluster ID to the URL manually. The cluster ID is located between the sender and recipient domain as shown below:
