Cannot find db2jcc_javax.jar from the selected directory

# The error means that Sentinel was looking for the db2jcc_javax.jar in the database drivers directory. Starting version 9.7 of DB2, this driver file is no more needed. As a workaround, one can create an empty file by the name,  db2jcc_javax.jar in the database drivers directory to overcome this issue.
