I want to deliver files to a partner using No Packaging (plain text) over HTTP. But, when attempting to create a No Packaging exchange point, HTTP is not an option.

This can be configured by creating a 'Secure File over HTTP' delivery exchange point, then using partner-specific collaboration settings to disable Signing, Encryption, and Request for Receipt:

1) Create a Secure File over HTTP delivery exchange point for the partner
2) Create a partner specific Collaboration Setting for the Secure file message protocol
               a. Uncheck 'Request receipts from partners'
               b. Uncheck 'Encrypt messages'
               c. Uncheck 'Sign messages'
               d. Save changes

Creating this exchange point and the associated collaboration settings will have the effect of sending 'Plain text' over HTTP.
