Update of Integrator to 3.5.0_SP17 sometimes leads to errors and tasks crash
-- Update of Integrator to 3.5.0_SP17 sometimes leads to errors and tasks crash. Errors are:
1 - Unable to open file F:\Axway\Synchrony\Integrator\local/config/runtime/mappingcomponent/running/BDFields-2
2 - Tasks(procengine, HME, ...) are crashing
-- When this issue is seen patch level is as below or possibly more recent patches/SPs:
1 - Integrator 3.5.0_SP17
2 - Gateway Interchange 5.9.0_SP5
3 - Mapping Services 2.3.0_SP5
4 - Axway B2Bi 1.4.0_SP4
Resolution
* First thing to do is to contact support, indicating the issue and referencing this solution. Then:
1 - Some elements need to be saved and provided to R&D in order to help to reproduce and fix the issue. Provide to support a zip of the folder $CORE_LOCAL/config/runtime/mappingcomponent
2 - Fix the issue:
a - try to remove from server all the flows via Mapping Services. If some can't be removed(very probable), do a clean in command libe via the launcher script. See details with support as this command is not supposedly used in Axway B2Bi
b - run the configure on B2Bi Server (no need to change any value)
c - in the UI you will have to recreate the pickup and deliveries indicated not found(all the Integrator configuration that has been deleted in step a)
