Not able to connect to SFTP, FTP, and FTPS servers with Secure Relay

Problem

-- Using Secure Relay for routing inbound and outbound messages causes some problems when using a Load Balancer



-- Using Secure Relay with active and passive mode FTP, SFTP, and FTPS


Resolution

1. Go to,  'Configure outbound connection proxy via Secure Relay'
2. check 'Use outbound connection proxy'
