Error 404 when trying to access Copilot from an Internet Browser

Problem

Despite of the sysout which shows message <Copilot init complete> We can't access to Copilot, we go the 404 error


Resolution

Possible causes are:
1) USS data set is not mouted
2) Copilot files are not present in the USS dataset.
3) USS path mismatch. The path where the Copilot program wants to access its files is not the same of the path where the Copilot files have been copied  during installation time.
