Cannot log into the Copilot when JAVA 1.6 R7

Since Synchrony 4.3 JAVA 1.6 is the reference version, it does not prevent the fact that time to time, we encountered java release issue, identified issue with release 22 and 23 are the most encountered, customer must have also an issue when with the release 7?

We always recommend being up to date with the java version/release unless an issue is identified
