Error message displayed in Configure mode or present in install.log file in Update mode:
Cannot install to an existing Synchrony 4.0 version. Please choose another directory.

1. open the folder <Synchrony intall>/synInstall
2. check the content of the file install.cfg, there is a reference of an older Synchrony version
3. move the install.cfg file from the <Synchrony install> folder
4. launch the Synchrony Installer again
