Purpose of removing objects from Server
The Remove from Server command enables you to remove an object from the run-time environment and return it to the design environment for modification. You can perform this action on objects that are already on a Server (with the status ToBeCommittedAxway Transfer CFT onlyor Committed).
This command is only available from the Integration-Services workbench.
Typically, you remove an object from the run-time environment for two reasons:
Keep in mind that when you use the Remove from Server command, you interrupt the execution of the object.
When you remove an object from the Server, the software also removes any objects that use that object. For example, if you remove a Channel from Server, the software also removes Integration-Services-Diagrams that use that Channel.
It is therefore recommended that you only remove an object when you need to make major modifications to the object or when you no longer need to execute it.
To make minor modifications to an object that is on a Server, and then return it to the run-time environment without interrupting the execution process, it is recommended that you create a new object revision.
Use the Broadcast Browserto track the progress of Remove from Server operations.
If you have the required user rights, you can remove objects from a run-time environment via the left pane or the Server Browser.

When you remove an object from allAxway Servers, the software sets to Checked the status of:
However, if you do not remove the object from all Servers, and as long as the object remains on at least oneServer, the object status remains ToBeCommitted or Committed.
