DV - Information on re-registering Cryptnet.dll (Revocation Provider)
Summary
The article provides information on re-registering "cryptnet.dll" as the default revocation provider properly after the un-installation of Desktop Validator.
Details
If DV is unable to properly re-register "cryptnet.dll" after uninstallation you may use the following command:
- Open Command Prompt
- Type regsvr32 cryptnet.dll then hit Enter
NOTE:
This issue seems to only affect Desktop Validator 4.9.2 on Windows 2003 Server.
