Problem

--SSL transfer fails in timeout after the handshake is okay

Resolution

--verify it works after having change the TCP/IP header policy

It is possible the remote is not defined to work with the proposed header policy.

Test after having changed TLSV1COMP to TLSV1 in the CFTSSL foir parameter VERSION

On the GTW side it is in the protocol packet header policy in TLS

It affect only when PeSIT start and does not impact the SLL handshake.
