Problem

When installing service pack, Installer scripts should register all MBC found in installation, update runtime configuration start and stop the Integrator service

Next error should be encountered:

Resolution

How to check the Integrator status: open Services and try to start & stop manually the Integrator service.

Probably won' work:

Cause:
User who installed Integrator got the password changed in-between, (ActiveDirectory directive) and Integrator Service is no longer starting ...

Solution is: update the password in OS Service window
