--CFPRxxx messages are related to the Partrel we are doing to release unused allocation space at RENAME time (when using a WFNAME in a CFTRECV)
--self explained messages are usually platform specifics and not documented
--the text in the output message is assumed to be enough verbose so the message explains itself
