EDC6006E The raise() function was issued for the signal SIGABRT.

CFT log message:

CTCP01F Unpredictable TCP error, Forced Dump, monitor restart needed

Resolution

The issue is most probably related to an unexpected slowdown on TCPIP and VTAM.

Too extensive delays can end in messing-up the CFT inter-tasks communications.

Also, the CFT message CFTP01F recently added can be used to automate the needed monitor restart.

Check TCP and system log to identify the slowdown root cause.
