Homepage is not displayed correctly after installation in swedish

Problem

-- Interchange UI Homepage is not displayed correctly after installation of B2Bi 2.1.0 in Swedish.

-- Error is prompted when trying to access the GUI Homepage with the error "message could not parse date 03/10/2014".

Resolution

* The error is solved after changing the Region and Language settings in Windows from Swedish to English(UK).

* Region and Language settings are available in "Control panel -> Regional and Language Options"
