Problem

-- After installing 4.12.0 SP 1, the event log is spammed with messages every few seconds saying:

System Message: Configuration was not reloaded.
Read config from file failed
This version of the configuration file is not supported.

Resolution

* This may happen if your configuration is loaded via group policy and your existing GP files have a version of 4.12.0.0.0.  SP1 causes the version number to increment to 4.12.0.1.0 and you can regenerate your GP file with SP1 to fix this.  You may also be able to just increment the version number in your existing GP files.  This issue is fixed in 4.12.0 SP 2.
