Assign a new site to an already allocated subRange fails.

Problem

When you try to add / remove a site from a sub-range when allocation have already been done, the following error message is raised:
"Failed to update subrange: the subrange contains number already allocated in an other range"

Resolution

Create a new sub-range inside the range and assign the necessary site that are not already manage by other sub-ranges.
