Resolution

* In valicert.ini, set enableGet=0 to prevent those from displaying at all. This will stop the server from responding to non-OCSP HTTP queries and this is the only way to remove the information from both places, though you can configure the welcomeTemplate parameter if you only need to change the welcome page. Refer to the section entitled "Additional configurable parameters" in the Admin Guide for further information on both parameters.
