Attempt to enable SYSTEM PKI using a RACF RING

Resolution

Ensure the Crypto hardware is ACTIVE on the LPAR where is launched Transfer (enable or online status means installed but no operational)

!!!! ANY OTHER VALUE THAN ACTIVE MEANS NO HARDWARE CRYPTO IS POSSIBLE !!!

Note: Using SYSTEM PKI without cryptographic hardware is possible, please, check IBM documentation about ICSF without CPACF.
