Problem
-- getting such error when tryin to connection to Interchange UI
"Error : The number of connections allowed by your product license has been exceeded"
-- getting such error when trying to connect to a B2Bi Client tool
"Invalid user name or password! Please try again"
Resolution
* the max number of sessions set in the license includes the B2Bi user interface browser, but includes also API and B2Bi client tool sessions
* you can check the maxUserSessions element in the license.xml file by selecting Help > License information on the top toolbar in the user interface
* in the license :
<!--Maximum user sessions. This limits the maximum number of users that can log in simultaneously.--><name>maxUserSessions</name><value>1</value>
* a unique user may take several sessions, so be aware of that when requesting a B2Bi license
