Problem

EBCIS tranferts are done with an IDT starting with E13.... that is far forward than the expected value

Issue occurred after a problem with an ntp server, Windows server changed its date to 13 may 2017 during about two or three hours.

Resolution

The IDT is computed from the current system date and time and then compared to the last know IDT stored into the CFT Catalog.

If the computed value is higher, it is then used and stored as the last good IDT value to be used as the base IDT to compare for future EBICS transfers.

The UCONF base IDT setting is working from a newly created catalog.

Therefore, to resolve the issue, the CFT catalog have to be re-created so the new computed value will be as expected, in accordance with the current system time and date and eventually, in regards of the UCONF base IDT for EBICS transfers.

Without recreating the CFT catalog, all new IDT computed can only be to a higher value than the last 'good IDT' recorded.
