When tried to open Interchange UI on IE11, grey screen appears.
Problem
As per admin guide, IE11 is supported browser from GI 5.12. But when customer tried to open UI in IE11, it shows grey screen.
No error message display.
Reason
There could be compatibility mode issue between IE11 and Interchange.
Resolution
It was found that after upgrade from GI 5.10.1 to Gi 5.12, customer was unable to access UI. When tried to login, grey screen appears.
To resolve this-
- Open Internet Explorer 11 and click on F12, to open the Developer Tools.
- From the left panel, towards the bottom, select Emulation – or simply press CTRL+8 to open it.
- Change the Document Mode to ”edge” or any other compatible mode.
