Problem

Customer noticed that Interpel processes were crashing while editing the conffile with the Transfer Interpel started.

Resolution

Don't edit the configuration file ../Interpel/run_time/etc/conffile ,while Transfer Interpel is running.
In order to perform modifications on the configuration file , stop Interpel, modify&save conffile, start Interpel.
