CFT Unreachable - certificate renewal request error

SSL transfer are also not working.

cannot register a CFT mvs 3.3.2 at SP3 level while there is not issue with a 3.3.2 SP1

Resolution

The issue is related to the the ROOT certificate (GOV CA) not present in passport (entity Root CA Certificates).
Registration to CG was working with CFT 3.3.2 SP1 and not in SP3 because of the additional check during the PKI Import where the ROOT is mandatory.

I
