BOM license file request

Problem

A new license is needed for BOM( because the old one expired or the hostname has been changed)


Resolution

Please open a Service Request and provide the following information:

1. hostname

2. OS

3. any special port

If available, please provide the old license (C:\Axway\BOM\bin\ACTISEDI\param\license) so that we can check for any particularities

After you have received the new license file from the Support Department or your Account Manager, please replace it with the new one (C:\Axway\BOM\bin\ACTISEDI\param\license)
