Corrupted configuration server when starting Integrator after a Windows server crash
Problem
After a windows server crash B2Bi/Integrator does not start again.
In the trace file I found the error message
ERROR :20210719:12.44.27.24:cfgserver_main:INDEX: failed to open b-tree file 'c:\Axway\b2bi\Integrator\local\config\cfgserver\configset\B2BX_1\MBCRegEntry.idx': B-tree file is invalid
..
ERROR :20210719:12.44.29.02:cfgserver_main:INIT: failed to initialize dataset
Then I stopped B2Bi again, removed the file and started B2Bi again.
Now I get the error message:
ERROR :20210719:13.35.37.97:cfgserver_main:failed to open file 'c:\Axway\b2bi\Integrator\local\config\cfgserver\configset\B2BX_1\MBCRegEntry.idx': Windows error code = 2, error text is: No such file or directory
And at the end ERROR :20210719:13.35.42.70:cfgserver_main:INIT: failed to initialize dataset
Resolution
Cfgserver looks corrupted, to solve the issue :
1) Try to perform a ConfigureB2Bi
2) If it doesn't help, do a backup of the b2bi_shared and perform a reinstallation with an empty shared.
3) After the installation, these files need to be copy from backup shared to the new one before starting B2Bi for the first time.
