Thumbs.db: Access is denied
Problem
--If you can not start the Integrator and you see the following error logs:
--ERROR :20230606:11.24.06:r4edi(b2bi_startup):b2bi_startup.s4:655:FILE COPY: failed to copy "D:\Applis\Axway\B2Bi_2.6\Integrator\solutions\install\integrator\root\tool\bitmaps\32x32\Thumbs.db" to "D:\Applis\Axway\B2Bi_2.6\Integrator\tool\bitmaps\32x32\Thumbs.db": Access is denied.

Resolution
*You need to stop the Integrator
* Delete the Thumbs.db (File Thumbs.db is hidden and can't be find with "hide" option enabled)
* Start the Integrator
**The file Thumbs.db is hidden you can try to use Windows Explorer -> View -> Hidden Items to unhide it
or
*** Open Window File Explorer -> Click View tab -> Options / Change folder and search options -> Click View tab -> Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)"-> Click on Apply and OK
or
**** Try to search it in the Window File Explorer search bar
