How to unsubscribe from product in Amplify Engage?

This article demonstrates the correct method for unsubscribing from a product in Amplify

Engage

Prerequisites:

- having a product published in Amplify Engage with an associated subscription, access request, and credentials.

The credential can be seen in API Manager also:

Order to unsubscribe from a product:

1. delete credential

2. delete access requests

3. unsubscribe/cancel subscription

By following these steps, the credential ID will also be deleted from API Manager by discovery agent and cannot be reused for any other subscription.
