Problem launching Copilot applet
Problem
When launching the copilot applet copilot.jnlp, during the "Connection to a product" phase, there is an error at 50% with the message "MSG"
Resolution
Purge the local java cache or modify the setting in java configuration in order to not use /store a cache.
Actions:
1. Clear the browser's cookies
2. Java cache
Control Panel – Java - tab General – section Temporary Internet Files – button Settings…
A. disable the cache
- Uncheck option Keep temporary files on my computer
OR
B. purge the cache
- Click on button Delete Files...
- Check all the displayed options
[Trace and Log files , Cached applications and Applets, Installed applications and Applets)
followed by OK
3. Restart browser
