shared memory exits for pid nnnnnn.
CFT was not stop correctly.
can't continue. CFT not started.

Type the following command (even CFT is not started)
cftstop -forcedkill   ( this command will kill all   ipcs,  delete files:  S-TCP   etc ...)  then  CFT can be restarted as usual..
