Unable to start ebMS Transfer adapter Task with ebMS 2.1.1 with XIB 2.1.1

Resolution
While starting the EBMS TA task error is seen in "starter.log"
JVMCI114: Cannot obtain system-specific information
Resolution
Add the folowing set of enviornment variables to the core_servers
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java14
export LIBPATH=$LIBPATH:/usr/java14/jre/bin:/usr/java14/jre/bin/classic:/usr/java14/jre/lib
export LDR_CNTRL=USERREGS
