Impossible to run Sentinel Tasks, and we have the following error:
sentinel_client.x4': LOAD: failed to load object file "sentinelMB.dll": unknown error

The problem with the SentinelMB.dll that the XIB transfer gateway process and procengine process could not be started is due to the fact that there is a dll called cstpt.dll in the %CORE_ROOT%/bin directory AND one in the %CORE_ROOT%/load directory.

You need to remove the cstpt.dll in the %CORE_ROOT%/bin directory and then the processes of XIB can be started again
