Getting wrong or old IP on Secure Relay even though the correct URL is specified in Interchange.

Problem

When a client or customer changes the IP address but their URL remains the same, the request through Secure Relay goes to the old IP address though only the URL is specified in the Interchange. Also after the DNS is checked the problem persists.


Resolution

Secure Relay (XSR) has to be restarted to clear its buffer holding the old IP address for the URL. This is when the DNS does correct URL to new IP translation but XSR trying to send request to the old IP for that URL.
