Generate statistics for the RAID / Hard Drives and RAID Controller on DELL Appliance

Resolution

Log on to the OS of the DELL Appliance, and go to the /opt/dell/srvadmin/bin directory.

Execute the following commands to create diagnostics on specific modules:

For the physical disk(s):

./omreport storage pdisk controller=0

For the virtual disk(s) - i.e. a RAID, etc.

./omreport storage vdisk controller=0

For the battery of the RAID controller:

./omreport storage battery controller=0
