How to allow and clear duplicate documents in 4.x Activator

Problem

-- Receive a document that fails due to duplicate file already received.
* Cannot find said document because of Tracker limitations



-- Cannot send a document due to duplicate file still in the system.
* Cannot find said document because of Tracker limitations


Resolution

In order for 4.x Activator to purge messages that are in duplication might require a manual archival process to be run, even if you have the automatic archival schedule set.



Set all partner profiles to allow duplicate files if you have a partner that sends duplicate control IDs in EDI documents.
