EDI ISA to and from basics

Problem

--Error like to address is not set, from address is not set, Unknown in the message routing ID field.


Resolution

The ISA to and from for EDI files has a 2 digit qualifier and then the actual ISA to or from header.  Interchange/Activator used a concatenation of both of these to create the routing ID.
