Unable to log into application's GUI
Problem
Resolution
-- When using the Microsoft Windows Server platform as host operating system for Activator or Interchange applications there is difficulty logging into the application GUI with Microsoft Internet Explorer's default levels of security.
Resolution
This can be resolved via three methods.
1 Have the system administrator remove or relax the security settings for Microsoft Internet Explorer as they are too strict and result in a failed login.
2 Install a third party browser on the Server platform such as Firefox.
3 Use other system such as a client machine within the network as the client is less restrictive in the initial configuration of Internet Explorer.
