-When a transfer is sent without using a template, the value in FACTION will be ignored.  
-The GUI is not overriding the value set in the default send template.
-Individual send templates appear to work without issue.  
-Occurring on CFT 2.6.3 SP2 for AIX 64-bit and CFT 2.7 on AIX

Identified as a bug and below Service pack delivered as solution on the respective versions:
CFT 2.6.3_SP3 for AIX
CFT 2.7_SP1 for AIX
