This issue happens when the property file "jasperreports.properties" has been removed by mistake from the folder <Sentinel installation>/report/work.

In order to restore this property file properly, please follow the steps below:
1. retrieve the current SP installed on the Sentinel Server
2. gather the <Sentinel Server SP name>.jar file (for example, Sentinel_3.4.0_SP10_allOS_BN1106011924.jar) used to update the Sentinel Server
3. unzip the Sentinel SP jar file
4. go to the folder component\report\work\
5. copy the file jasperreports.properties
6. paste it in the folder <Sentinel installation>/report/work
