User rights access failure during upgrade

Problem

--error in log:
ERROR SynUpdateApply.hasCurrentPatchEnoughRoom Error: The file "E:\Axway\Synchrony\Transfer_CFT\home\bin\apitrk.dll" does not have read/write access and the attempt to give it these rights failed. The component may be running...


Resolution

1. Check the user rights in -->Control Panel->All Control Panel Items->Administrative Tools-> local security policy.



2. Please provvide the user performing the upgrade with administrator rights.



3. restart CFT and retry the upgrade
