How to submit spam/false positive messages to Axway Message Protection Lab?

Answer

1. Click the Monitor tab on the top
2. On the left, select Messages from the Tracking menu
3. For each message you want to submit as spam/false positive, select the checkbox on the left.
4. Go to the Select Action menu above the message list, and select one of the following options: Re-classify as Legitimate, Re-classify as Junk, Re-classify as Bulk
5. Click the Apply button. Thus you submit e-mail messages directly to the Axway Message Protection Lab for review and possible re-classification in a future anti-spam update file.
