force a PM server full update : b2bi_pm_reloadall.x4

Problem

-- in some contexts, the PM server may not be correctly updated while configuring B2Bi in the UI
-- it results a mismatch between the configuration and what happens in runtime (for instance, the execution of a document service does not reflect the configuration)

Resolution

* the attached x4 forces an update of the pmserver 

* PM server needs to be started while running the x4

* execute Integrator profile, and run the tool without any argument
> r4edi b2bi_pm_reloadall.x4

* if the debug is set on the PM server, the full update can be seen in the trace file

* valid on B2Bi 1.5.0 only

* tool will be embedded in B2Bi 1.5.0_SP10

* internal solution : such tool has to be used on support or SSC's recommendation
