Problem

-- what is the use of the PM server
-- how does it retrieve configuration updates ?
-- how the cache file is used ?

Resolution

- Interchange sends a signal to the PM Server

- the PM server grabs the configuration from the database

- the PM Server parses the database content, then it updates it in memory and stores it in the cache file Integrator/data/b2bx/b2bi_pmserver.configuration

- note that the cache file is loaded only at startup and can be activate / deactivate using the environment variable B2BI_PMSERVER_ENABLE_FILE_CACHE (true or false)
